The Board of directors and its executive committee see to the well-being of the Federation and step in to defend the interests of the cooperatives. Composed of nine (9) members, the Board of directors is made up of representives from member cooperatives. The Board members are elected by FECHIMM's annual general assembly. A team of 32 employees make sure the cooperatives receive good services along with seekers of cooperative housing.
